Session 1: Harvard study on happiness
The Harvard Study of Adult Development, one of the longest-running studies on happiness, has tracked the lives of two groups of men since 1938: 268 Harvard sophomores and 456 men from disadvantaged neighborhoods in Boston. The study concluded that healthy relationships are the key to living a longer healthier and happeir life.
