Jonathan Couser is the founder of ARCH Impacts and the creator of the GENUINE™ Framework, a practical relational operating system built to help leaders show up whole and lead with greater clarity, courage, and consistency. Before launching ARCH Impacts, Jonathan spent nearly two decades as a senior executive inside Fortune Top 20 companies, leading cultural transformation, building high-performing teams, and developing leaders across multiple industries.
Through that work, he saw the same pattern repeatedly: successful leaders were quietly burning out, teams were disengaged, trust was thinning, and high performance was increasingly disconnected from relational health. That experience shaped the coaching approach he uses today — one that goes beyond insight to help leaders change the patterns that drive how they actually operate.
